Healthy Connections is located at 35 East 10th St., Suite A, in the heart of downtown Tracy.

The center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For your convenience, evening and weekend hours are available by appointment. All services are confidential, and most are free of charge.
